The Problem We Address
The absence of a centralized access point for academic research remains a significant impediment to the growth and development of academic and research communities globally. Fragmented access to research materials poses significant challenges — limiting collaboration, reducing the visibility of scholarship, and preventing researchers from being fairly recognized and rewarded for their contributions, regardless of where in the world they work.

Provide a single, searchable platform where academic manuscripts from researchers worldwide can be discovered, accessed, and cited.
Reward Researchers
Enable authors to earn royalties from their work once approved and made available, providing a sustainable incentive for continued scholarly contribution.
Promote Open Access
Support authors who wish to make their work freely available to any reader worldwide, maximizing societal impact and knowledge diffusion. Submission and approval are always free for Open Access.
Maintain Quality
Implement a structured peer review process to ensure the academic integrity and quality of manuscripts made available through the platform.
Who Can Participate
Authors: Any researcher, academic, student, or professional anywhere in the world who has produced an original academic manuscript — research articles, review papers, theses, dissertations, case studies, and conference papers — may submit through the Continuity Program. Submission is always free. Open Access approval is always free. A minimal processing fee applies for Royalty Plan manuscripts after approval — not at submission.
Reviewers: Subject-matter experts and academics who register as reviewers can be assigned manuscripts to evaluate. Reviewers contribute to maintaining the quality and integrity of the platform and earn milestone-based commissions. Learn more about reviewing →

Readers: The general public, students, researchers, and professionals worldwide can browse and access approved manuscripts. Open Access manuscripts are freely available; Royalty Plan manuscripts require a one-time access purchase through the Plethoryt digital store.
