Submitting your manuscript to the Continuity Program costs nothing, regardless of the access type you choose. Open Access approval is also always free. Royalty Plan manuscripts are subject to a minimal processing fee applied after editorial approval — you will be informed before it takes effect.

Submission Process Overview

Register

Create a free author account at register. Available to researchers and academics worldwide. Takes under 2 minutes.

Prepare Your File

Format your manuscript according to the guidelines below. Save as PDF or DOCX before uploading.

Submit

Fill in the submission form. Provide accurate metadata: title, abstract, keywords, field, and co-authors. No submission fee.

Choose Access Type

Select Open Access (always free to approve, free for all readers) or Royalty Plan (set a price; a minimal fee applies after approval).

Editorial Screening

The admin team reviews your submission for completeness and scope suitability within 5–7 business days.

Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass screening are assigned to qualified reviewers. Review typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Decision

You receive one of four outcomes: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject — with detailed reviewer comments.

Available & Earning

Approved manuscripts are made available on the platform. Royalty Plan authors begin earning from every access purchase from that date.

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

While we allow format-free submissions, we prefer the manuscripts to meet the following minimum standards for quality and consistency:

General Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12pt body text
  • Line spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Page numbers: included in footer
  • File format: PDF (preferred), DOC, or DOCX
  • Maximum file size: 50MB

Preferred Sections

  • Title page: Full title, author name(s), institution(s), contact email, date
  • Abstract: 150–300 words summarizing the study's purpose, method, results, and conclusion
  • Keywords: 4–8 keywords or phrases
  • Introduction: Background, rationale, and objectives
  • Methodology / Methods: Research design, data collection, and analysis approach
  • Results / Findings
  • Discussion: Interpretation, implications, and limitations
  • Conclusion
  • References: APA 7th edition preferred; other recognized citation styles are accepted

For Theses & Dissertations

Thesis and dissertation submissions may follow the format required by their institution. A structured abstract and complete reference list are still required. Appendices and supplementary materials may be included in the same file.

Ethical Standards

  • All submissions must adhere to our academic integrity policy.
  • All research involving human subjects must have obtained appropriate informed consent and, where applicable, institutional ethics board approval.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
  • Data fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism of any kind will result in immediate rejection and permanent account suspension.
  • AI-generated content must be disclosed in the methods section if used in any significant capacity.
  • Manuscripts that are not copyrighted, owned, and/or fully licensed to the author(s) are not allowed, unless, prevailing agreements exist to allow submission to the Continuity program. Please contact us for further assistance.
  • Manuscripts with more than one (1) authors must secure the permission from co-authors prior to monetization under the Royalty plan and/or submission under Open access. All fees, penalties, and royalties will be routed to the registered author on Continuity Program and shall bear the reponsibility to pay or share them to co-authors.

After Submission

You can track the status of your manuscript at any time from your Author Dashboard. Statuses progress as follows:

Under Review Revision Required Approved Available Rejected

If your manuscript requires revision, you will receive detailed reviewer comments through the dashboard. You may resubmit an updated version directly from your dashboard.
